I have a 5 month old baby at home and our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was concerned about not having heat in the house with a baby. I called several local companies and they could not fit me day of or even the next day. Airmaster got right back to me and Jordan came out within a couple hours. He noted quickly that a part needed to be replaced. He explained the problem and noted they could get the part in and have it fixed by the end of the week. A couple days later Jared cam to replace the part. He not only fixed the problem but also adjusted the settings to better meet our needs. Both technicians as well as the office were extremely pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend and will continue to use for my HVAC needs.

The next day response at 0805 to yesterday’s call for a new noise from one of my AC condensers. Nothing found for now. Showed Jared the systems throughout the house and talked about ourselves a bit. He was able, available, and affable—What more could I want?! Here’s hoping Airbase avoids the blandishments of private equity.

Jordon was incredibly knowledgeable and worked to help fix our issues and answered all my questions- great experience!

Maceo came today for fall winter maintenance of our HVAC system. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I am so happy with this company

We continually go back to Air Masters for all our services. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, pleasant and a company we trust to do the job right. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Honestly, I wish all companies service looked this way, life would be much smoother!

Jared was excellent. Very efficient and explained everything he was doing. Put together a cost conscious plan for repairs going forward. Will definitely request him and Airmaster again.

Dave Esterly was my technician today. We have a combi tankless unit (heating and hot water) and it's not a common system. He did an awesome job with the service as well as educating me on the maintenance my system needs. I'll request him in the future.

Bought MINI SPLIT system. Installation was done well with complete cleanup and demonstration as to how to use.
AIRMASTER was quite professional and attentive to my situation for unit placement.

AirMaster just finished installing mini-splits in our home, and we couldn’t wait to write a review. They have exceeded our expectations!

The entire team, led by Evildo, showed up on 10/13/25 to begin a four-day job installing eight mini-splits in the house. Tom, the owner, came on the first day and introduced us to each member of the team. They were all respectful and had impeccable manners. We were impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and high standards.

What a team! It was impressive to see them work like a perfectly tuned orchestra. Tom, Evildo, Caleb, Daryl, Jacob, Geno, and Soufyane were all in sync, divided into mini-teams, and went to work in different areas of the house. They communicated well with each other and stuck to their schedule every single day.

We were impressed with their work ethic and quality. This is a hard-working team where every member takes pride in their work, refuses to take shortcuts, and ensures the job is done right the first time. They are meticulous about preserving the aesthetics of the house. They are extremely efficient and work cleanly.

At the end of the project, Evildo took the time to go over the details of how to use and care for the equipment. He didn’t leave until he made sure he had answered all our questions.

We loved the energy of each team member and the team's collective energy. It was a pleasure to have them around for four days.

AirMaster provided outstanding same day service. Technician Jeff Wilbur arrived at my home on time. AirMaster sent me a link allowing me to track the location of his vehicle and project his arrival time. This was a very impressive customer focused service. Jeff provided a complete and professional evaluation of my hot water boiler system that needed replacing. He was highly knowledgeable in these system and answered a number of technical questions regarding boiler sizing, protection of the cast iron boiler, the piping and valve plan, etc. Following our discussion he worked up three (3) proposals for 3 different boiler manufacturers. Throughout this process he was friendly and accommodating and inspired trust and confidence. There was no sales pressure to select a plan. Overall, my experience with AirMaster was outstanding!

Dave was outstanding, friendly and very knowledgeable. His service and work is highly recommended! If I require more services from Air Master , I will be requesting his specific services if he’s available. Wonderful job!

AirMaster installed a new heat pump water heater! They were easy to work with from the sales team to install team. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Shoutout to Jeffrey and Hector for being great with communication. I recommend them, especially for heat pump water heater installs which are a little less common at the moment.

After years of bumbling service from the plumber who installed my Lochinvar boiler, I called AirMaster. Based on the one visit so far, I'm very happy I did! Technician Jared Etherton was excellent: personable, knowledgable, efficient, polite. As I said to him after he immediately spotted (and fixed) a mistake the plumber had left me with for years, it's pleasure to deal with someone who actually knows what he's doing. I could kick myself for waiting so long to change companies! I have more work to do. At this point, I'm feeling pretty confident that that work will meet the same high standard. That's not something I ever felt with my last guy. I don't usually leave reviews. This time, though, I'm happy to do so.
