Ryan came out to take a look at our system before turning the heat on for the first time in our new flip. By the end of the appointment, I felt super confident and comforted that he had done a great job with everything. Prices were super reasonable too! Really happy with everything.

I had a blast working with both Domenic C. and Erildo S. Their friendly dispositions made our work interaction smooth sailing and most importantly they "listened" to the customer. Before installing the split unit, they discussed with me the best unit locations and their challenges due to the shape of the building structure and the infrastructure entry point. Sure enough, the first discussed location in the master bedroom didn't work due to the structure, thus we had to come up with the second location. It was all discussed with me on-site to avoid misunderstanding. In addition, the neighbor wasn't very happy with the fact that the installation was really close to their roof, but AirMaster's owner (Tom) quickly disputed the potential conflict. Once everything was completed, I did a final inspection with Domenic and was quite amazed with the level of detail that Erildo did to the drain lines and sleeves, exactly like what we discussed. We tested everything and they ran like a champ! I highly recommend AirMaster and will definitely contact them again for my future business. Thank you Tom/Domenic/Erildo for your great service!

You can’t fix what you don’t measure, and our man measured everything. Read me the results in great detail and explain what he found and why we are in good shape, HVAC wise.

It’s been a while since we had our heating system check AirMaster Heating & Cooling and Specialist Mr Maceo Singleton answered all my questions He educated me in the heat system From top to bottom Mr Singleton was kind enough answer any questions. Our system is running at Max efficiency I will schedule AirMaster Heating & Cooling system to come out in April to look at my AC The service was excellent I highly recommend them Everything is in budget.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had great experiences with both of the technicians that have come out to tune up both my A/C and heating system.Dave E. did a great job in April and took the time to answer a lot of questions we had. Ryan V. performed a tune-up for our heating system and was both very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain the issues with my system and tips on how to keep it running well.Overall a great experience and reasonable prices.

AirMaster and their technician, Maceo, are fantastic. Their communication and transparency about charges is great. We have used them twice, and were pleased both times. They will be our "go to" moving forward.

This was my first time using Air Master, had an AC unit that stopped cooling at my home here in South Philadelphia. They were very quick responding to my contacting them through their easy to use site, called and emailed me and it was very convenient to schedule service for the very next day. They were great about giving me notifications about when the technician was showing up, sent his picture and had a convenient tracker that let me see where he was on the way.Can't say enough good about Maceo, professional and conscientious, skilled, expedient, explained everything, courteous and very good at his job.
