This was my first time using Air Master, had an AC unit that stopped cooling at my home here in South Philadelphia. They were very quick responding to my contacting them through their easy to use site, called and emailed me and it was very convenient to schedule service for the very next day. They were great about giving me notifications about when the technician was showing up, sent his picture and had a convenient tracker that let me see where he was on the way.Can't say enough good about Maceo, professional and conscientious, skilled, expedient, explained everything, courteous and very good at his job. Fixed what needed to be fixed, and put me at ease about other maintenance issues with my system. Brilliant and personable, glad to have him take care of the issue.I was all up and running again after some quick replacements that Maceo was stocked with. Payment was quick, used the card already on file when I made the appointment, secure and everything was explained and itemized.Highly recommend AirMaster for any HVAC issues in Philadelphia

Maceo was excellent!!! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He installed an air scrubber onto my system which is working great and was in and out in under an hour. I called and was put on a call list for same day service. A few hours later I received a call that someone could do the job. Maceo was my technician and was absolutely wonderful. He replaced my condensation pump and explained the process thoroughly. Nothing felt salesy or pushy. Will definitely be using this company again!

ryan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. he took the time to explain to us what was broken, what it does, and how often to replace. also gave us a few tips for the AC unit to run better. he fixed the issue in no time. our biggest takeaway was how kind and personable he was. the type of employee any company would be lucky to have.

AirMaster installed a new Bradford White water heater for us 24 hours after I contacted them. Dave and the team were very competent and tidy, and they took extra care to replace some adjacent old pipes that also could go and affect the new unit. Don't hesitate in calling them.

Air Masters was fantastic, from providing the initial spec and quote to financing and install. I got in touch with them via Mitsubishi as a Diamond Dealer looking for a hyper heat pump system to replace an older gas furnace and mismatched low quality, inefficient AC unit. I compared their quotes to three other company quotes and they came in at an excellent price point.Tom the owner was awesome. Erildo and Ryan were my lead techs on the multi day install and they were great as well. Everyone was super respectful, clean and communicative. I would highly recommend doing business with them!

Ryan was very professional and was able to diagnose the issue on our AC unit quickly. Unfortunately the compressor was damaged and either the compressor or the whole system needed to be replaced. Looking for a quote from AirMaster soon, and hope to work with these guys again soon if estimates looks good.
