He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and careful in my home. Let me first say, this company is AWESOME!!!! OMG From beginning to end perfect. I spoke with Krissy (hope I spelled that right), Krissy was soooooo perfect. Very compassionate and helpful. She listened to my issues, even helped me to understand what type of unit I had. (Learn some thing new every day!) She put a order in to get our heat up and running. Because we are a after-school program its imperative that we have heat and ac. She got us on the calendar but ended up getting us a same day service appt. The guys came right out (within five mins of my call...like literally five mins). Showed me what the issue was, fixed the issue and then gave me a write-up to help me understand what I needed to do to keep my unit going....Perfect service from A-Z...
