Let me first say, this company is AWESOME!!!! OMG From beginning to end perfect. I spoke with Krissy (hope I spelled that right), Krissy was soooooo perfect. Very compassionate and helpful. She listened to my issues, even helped me to understand what type of unit I had. (Learn some thing new every day!) She put a order in to get our heat up and running. Because we are a after-school program its imperative that we have heat and ac. She got us on the calendar but ended up getting us a same day service appt.
