Chris was very detailed in his work and explained what was happening with system. He advised what the next step should be and how long it would take to replace parts.

Dave is extremely cool and knows his stuff. He makes sure that he runs me through the issues in detail and provides me with the best option to mitigate bigger issues.

Our heating was down, and AirMaster was able so see us very swiftly. Jordan was great and explained everything when he came to check our system. I feel better informed about how to avoid the issue in the future.

2/24/25 - Update: AirMaster came to my rescue...again!

My heat pump finally died after 20+ years. After a consultation with Domenic, who thoroughly described two different heating/cooling systems options suitable for my condo, Admin Chrisi scheduled the installation. (Very kind and patient, by the way).

I live in an old building with an antiquated elevator system, but Erildo and Christopher made it happen. Somehow, they installed a Carrier heat pump condenser on the roof and a fan coil in my condo. After everything was installed (in one day!!!) and tested, I was shown everything, and they answered my questions.

Best of all, they put down a mat on my carpeting and cleaned it thoroughly after leaving. I don't think I ever witnessed that.

AirMaster did a superior job. I wish I could give them more stars.

Jared installed my flue pipe and was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely thorough and paid close attention to every detail from start to finish. Not only did he complete the installation perfectly, but he also took the time to check everything around it to make sure it was operating safely and correctly.

AirMaster continues to provide reliable service for our aging furnace system. Jordan arrived early and walked me through all of the inner workings and safety measures of the system to alleviate any concerns and prepared the system for the winter. He even gave extra attention to our dog.

The men were friendly and willing to answer all questions that I had. They told me what should look for, how to maintain the system. Even checked my water talk to make sure things were fine.

I have a 5 month old baby at home and our furnace suddenly stopped working. I was concerned about not having heat in the house with a baby. I called several local companies and they could not fit me day of or even the next day. Airmaster got right back to me and Jordan came out within a couple hours. He noted quickly that a part needed to be replaced. He explained the problem and noted they could get the part in and have it fixed by the end of the week. A couple days later Jared cam to replace the part. He not only fixed the problem but also adjusted the settings to better meet our needs. Both technicians as well as the office were extremely pleasant and responsive. I would highly recommend and will continue to use for my HVAC needs.

The next day response at 0805 to yesterday’s call for a new noise from one of my AC condensers. Nothing found for now. Showed Jared the systems throughout the house and talked about ourselves a bit. He was able, available, and affable—What more could I want?! Here’s hoping Airbase avoids the blandishments of private equity.

Maceo came today for fall winter maintenance of our HVAC system. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I am so happy with this company

We continually go back to Air Masters for all our services. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, pleasant and a company we trust to do the job right. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Honestly, I wish all companies service looked this way, life would be much smoother!

Jared was excellent. Very efficient and explained everything he was doing. Put together a cost conscious plan for repairs going forward. Will definitely request him and Airmaster again.
